1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LyricLab ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LyricLab is an AI-powered lyric writing assistant that helps songwriters create lyrics in multiple languages including English, French, and Nigerian Pidgin. The Service includes lyric generation, project management, export tools, and related features.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership and rights to all lyrics and content you create using LyricLab. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your generated content. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for illegal purposes; (b) generate content that promotes hate, violence, or discrimination; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service; (d) share your account credentials with others; (e) use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Free tier users receive limited daily generations. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Paystack. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI may occasionally produce unexpected or inappropriate results. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before use. LyricLab does not guarantee the originality of AI-generated lyrics.

8. Limitation of Liability

LyricLab is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or creative content.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
